Who we are

LoftServ Energy provides spray foam insulation removal across North West England. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us on 07346 009732 or at Info@loftservenergy.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and anything you choose to tell us about your loft. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that contact. Our form provider may also record basic technical details such as the time of submission.

Our form does not accept photo attachments. If you send photos by text or WhatsApp, we hold them alongside your enquiry.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange an assessment and carry out any work you go ahead with. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping proper business records. Where the law requires it, such as for tax records, we rely on our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Enquiries submitted through our website are delivered to us by Formspree, our form provider, and reach us by email. We may share details with our accountant or with authorities where we are legally required to. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Where we carry out work, we keep the related records for up to six years to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to our use of it. Contact us on 07346 009732 or at Info@loftservenergy.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies and advertising

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If you reached us from a Facebook or Instagram advert, those platforms may have their own tracking in place, which is covered by their privacy policies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
