1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website and services of LoftServ Energy (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us on 07346 009732 or at Info@loftservenergy.co.uk. We provide spray foam insulation removal and related loft work to homeowners across North West England.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices start from £65 per m². Any figure produced by the on-page calculator is an indicative estimate based on the area you enter and is not a formal quote.

Quotes are free and carry no obligation to proceed. A written quote is provided after we have assessed your loft and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If we find something on site that was not visible or disclosed at the time of quoting, we will discuss any change in price with you before carrying out additional work.

3. Booking and payment

Work is booked once you accept a written quote. No deposit is required. Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.

4. Cancellation

Where you book as a consumer away from our business premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of accepting the quote without giving a reason. If you ask us to begin work within that period and then cancel, we may charge for the work already carried out. To cancel, contact us by phone or email.

5. Access and your responsibilities

Please make sure we have safe access to the loft and that personal belongings are removed from the work area where possible. Let us know about anything that may affect the work, such as cabling, water tanks, alarms, solar equipment or known structural issues.

6. Our work and waste

We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. LoftServ Energy is registered with the Environment Agency as an upper tier waste carrier and dealer, registration CBDU638663, and removed material is disposed of accordingly.

We do not provide mortgage, lending, surveying or legal advice. Any decision made by a lender, surveyor or third party is outside our control.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with the work is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for pre-existing defects or for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

8. Complaints

If something is not right, please contact us on 07346 009732 or at Info@loftservenergy.co.uk and we will work with you to put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Website content

Information and images on this website are provided for general guidance. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time you accept a quote is the version that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
